We walked into the other “toy” entrance this time (not our usual produce section), and since we were only running in for a few things, we didn’t bother with a cart. So of course, Little Miss immediately was pulled to the toy shopping cart. She walked in with her baby, saw the cart, plopped her baby in the cart exactly how she’s used to being put in herself, and then headed straight for the aisles. I just can’t even with this kid. I could not stop laughing. That was our Saturday.

P.S. In case you missed it, there’s a giveaway going on for a $300 Influence Conference ticket, along with $300 spending money for the conference. How amazing does that sound? You can enter here.
love her napkin to wipe away the tears! so classic!
Thanks, Steph! She is a little lady for sure. :)
Charlotte’s outfits are always the BEST. Those bow shoes from Nordstrom are a must have! The ‘walker’ size is 12-24 months – did Charlotte’s feet stay about the same size for that time span? I feel like every pair of shoes I buy Isla only fit for 3 months, but I’m praying that stops soon. What a wonderful weekend y’all had :) Were you at CityCentre for the Anthro/J.Crew/Sur La Table shopping? I was there as well at like 2pm on Saturday!!!
Hey, Ailee! Her feet are small, but once she turned a year, I feel like she has stayed in her shoes for about 6 months at a time. She’s been in a 5 since about Halloween, and she’s just now fitting into them perfectly. I’m now starting to buy her size 6. Mini Melissas do run small though. We bought her a 6, but they fit perfectly and she doesn’t really have a ton of room to grow. We were at City Centre! We left probably right before you got there. We’ll need to meet up there soon! :)
Why is it husband- made breakfasts are SO good?! And I love your Golden Girls reference- can we be Besties?! ;)
I’m telling ya, Whitney! I think they’re so good because we didn’t have to cook. ;) And yeah, I’m a Golden Girls fan for life! BFF status, here we come!

I’m still laughing at the alka-seltzer… only because I feel your pain. I’ve struggled with reflux since my pregnancy with Scarlett and I even take prescription medication for it daily, so I am well acquainted with alka-seltzer… and tums, and everything else you can take for reflux lol
I love all of Charlottes little outfits and you guys look fab on your date night! :)
Lol. I’m still in need of Alka-Seltzer. The struggle is real. I used to have acid reflux when I was in my mid-twenties, and then pregnancy…forget about it! We are too similar; it’s scary.
Thanks, my dear!

Once the toddler is out of the cart/stroller, all bets are off. I just loathe shopping like that! LOL! And Kennedy is almost 3.5 – I’m praying she will stay put for as long as possible! I made that mistake recently and girlfriend was climbing all through the clothes racks at Target. SIGH. And lol at the alka seltzer in the fancy mug, I mean might as well drink it fancy!
Yeah, Charlotte loves to go on walks in her stroller, but the moment we stop, she wants out. She is a go-getter. I think I’m in trouble. Sounds like you’re still good with Kennedy. Do you have a double stroller?
And you know me. I’m fancy for sure. ;) Lol. Love ya, Meg!

Oh girl, shopping is so not what it used to be!!! Waverly is exactly the same way!! Those toy shopping carts are cute, though!
Oh, Ashley, how I miss the days of easy shopping! Thank goodness for online shopping and presents. Lol. And yes, the toy shopping carts are precious. :) Hope you’re feeling well, my dear! Happy Friday!

I love her little cart! Palmer has one and she loads up all her dolls and toys into it and pushes it all over the house!
Thanks for linking up to the Saturday Spotlight again, mama!! Much appreciated!
Thanks, Alycia! Aren’t the baskets the cutest? She strolls around all over the house, too. She puts everything in it. Now I have tons of things that have gone missing. Lol. TGIF!
