There’s nothing worse than someone telling you, “Oh, you look tired.” As if we haven’t tried everything under the sun to get rid of our dark circles that make us look haggard. Nothing like a complete stranger reminding us of our tired eyes. Sometimes it seems as if no matter what we do, the dark circles still shine through. But pump the brakes, sister! There’s a new eye brightening cream in town to save the day!
I’m all about trying anything and everything to help a sister out, so I was super excited to try the new Olay Eyes Brightening Eye Cream with Vitamin C. Here’s a little info about it. It’s lightweight, has Vitamin C, Niacinamide Vitamin B3, Pro-Vitamin B5, Vitamin E antioxidant complex, and optic brighteners to hydrate, smooth, and illuminate skin, so you can hide your tired, not your eyes.
The older I get, the thinner the skin gets under my eyes. It happens. Thanks, Mother Nature. Generally speaking, under eye skin is one of the first areas to show the signs of stress, aging, and fatigue. And did you know, according to a study Olay did with almost 2,000 women, that 89% of us had dark circles no matter what the age? Crazy, right! I will never go a day without concealer, but now I’m adding the new Olay Eyes Brightening Eye Cream to my arsenal.
See! Helps my under eyes just enough to get that mom tired out of here.
One #momhack I love to do is leave my eye cream in the fridge. Then when I need it in the morning, pre makeup application, I dab it in ever so lightly. You never want to rub with force. Those are some words of wisdom from lots of trial and error over the years. This has helped the dark circles so much!
I was ecstatic to unbox this pretty package and even more excited to find it at my local CVS. I have used it for the past two weeks non-stop, and I’m really loving how it’s adding that extra hydration my eyes so terribly need.
Grab this the next time you’re at your local CVS, and your eyes (or your tired) will thank you!
