Okay, another Keto recipe coming in hot! These photos might not be the prettiest, because these were from our FIRST TRY, but I couldn’t leave you all in suspense until round 2, because you’ll want to make them this weekend with your Keto breakfast. Sugar free, grain free, gluten free Keto cinnamon rolls to the sweet tooth rescue!
Note: we’ve been baking a lot of Keto sweets lately. (As seen here, here, and here.) Know to eat these types of things sparingly. When you start eating too many “sweets,” even if you’re using a sugar substitute, your body starts to think it’s sugar. It triggers something in the brain to think you’re eating the real deal sweets, therefore, it needs more sweets, aka carbs. If you’re new in your Keto journey, I would definitely bake these on the weekend and let them only be a weekend-only treat for now. ;) Again, not a doctor or diet expert, these are just things we’ve learned from trial and error and further research.
