Hey, friends! I hope you’ve had a fantastic week! Over here, things have been bananas, and by the time 10 p.m. rolls around each night, we are so done. It’s been a minute since our last Five on Friday/Currently Confessing, so here we go! These are some of my favorite things as of lately and some things I’ve loved on the internet.
ONE.
This video I shared on Facebook the other day is a must-watch. We as moms are SO hard on ourselves, but this video reminded me that sometimes we really do need to flip the script and have a different perspective.
TWO.
The May Mom Style Challenge is in full swing, and in case you missed it, you can read all about it in last week’s blog post.
Here’s what I’ve put together for the first four days.
Day 1 :: Denim Love
Day 2 :: Midi Skirt + Tee
Day 3 :: Back to Basics
Day 4 :: Extra & Ruffles
Have you joined in yet? We’re doing a big giveaway at the end of the month for an Amazon Alexa! Every time you share, tag me @kristy7graces, and use the hashtag #MayMomStyle, you’re entered! Easy peasy.
THREE.
You all know my love affair with essential oils, but Young Living is far beyond just oils. They have a huge list of products for healthy living, from hair care to makeup to cleaning supplies to baby supplies! I am loving these B Vitamins so much. They give me just the right dose of energy I need each day, and I can definitely feel the difference when I take them versus when I don’t. If you’re a busy person, I highly recommend these! I even told my husband he needs to take them.
FOUR.
My all time favorite Simplified Academic Planner by Emily Ley just launched this week! Did you snag one? Supplies are running low on the planners themselves, so hurry to check her inventory. Her accessories are drool-worthy, though. Can you ever have too many stickers or office supplies? I think not.
FIVE.
One of my Houston blogging friends, Veronika, shared this article by The Man Repeller on InstaStories this week, and this article is fascinating. It takes a lot of guts to run a lifestyle website and blog as a business. This really hit home, and it’s a conversation worth diving into. I have many thoughts on this, so I’m going to let them settle and then write my take on it.
That’s all I have today, folks! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend, and I’ll catch you on Stories, where I hang out the most. ;)
