Have you ever had a “snaccident,” otherwise known as a snack accident? You know, the kind of snacking that makes you feel guilty afterward? It’s so easy to have, especially for me being in my third trimester. It’s also really easy to hand out bad snacks to my three-year-old. But thanks to yummy, healthy options like the latest indulgence snacks from Fiber One, we can avoid the snaccidents all together. We can still have the sweets but without the guilt. We all have a sweet tooth in my house, and we all know how much I love simple recipes. Because of that, I came up with two sweet, easy, and healthy five-minute snacks to beat your bad cravings.
First, we headed to Wal-Mart to pick up our ingredients. Charlotte was so excited to pick out the desserts she wanted. However, my personal favorite is the Fiber One Strawberry Cheesecake Bar. She picked out the Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownie. Little does she know that these aren’t too bad for us like her beloved ice cream.
When we got home, we sat down together to whip up our strawberry cheesecake parfait. We loved it so much that we even made a brownie version parfait, too.
These recipes are so easy, the only work you’re doing is a little slicing of the fresh fruit. For both recipes, you only need four ingredients. And there’s no baking or wait time. Easy peasy!
Mini Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 Fiber One Strawberry Cheesecake Bar
- 1 Yoplait Light Very Vanilla Yogurt
- 3 sliced strawberries
- half of sliced banana
Directions:
- In a glass cup, layer about half of your yogurt in the bottom of the cup.
- Crumble up half of the cheesecake bar and layer on top of yogurt.
- Sprinkle sliced strawberries and bananas on top of cheesecake bar.
- Add remaining yogurt.
- Crumble up remaining cheesecake bar and sprinkle on top.
Banana Split Brownie Parfait
Ingredients:
- 1 Fiber One Chocolate Brownie
- 1 Yoplait Greek 100 strawberry cheesecake yogurt
- 3 sliced strawberries
- half of sliced banana
Directions:
- Crumble up half of the chocolate brownie and layer on the bottom.
- Add in half of the strawberry cheesecake yogurt.
- Layer strawberries and bananas.
- Add in more yogurt.
- Top with remaining brownie.
Charlotte and I are in love with these yummy desserts! The Strawberry Cheesecake Parfait was definitely my favorite, but she has been gobbling up both of these sweet treats. When we first had them, she finished hers first and then asked for mine.
You can see our step-by-step instructions in the video below. You’ll be able to see just how easy it is to whip up these recipes. And because they’re so easy to create, I definitely let Charlotte help me make these. She was a hoot helping.
If you were able to watch the entire video, you can see that it really takes less than five minutes to whip up these bad boys. I just factored in the slicing of the bananas and strawberries.
We are loving these indulgent, healthy snacks. We’ve even been enjoying the Fiber One bars by themselves, too. (They’ve been great potty training treats.) They’re also great for on-the-go! It feels great to have something to satisfy our sweet cravings without feeling guilty about it.

Charlotte is the most involved audience. I love how she keeps saying, ‘Yeah! Yeah!’ That’s enthusiasm for you. :) And these look delicious! I’m not sure I’ve had Fiber One! :)

I just bought some yogurt and strawberries to make parfaits today. I really need to get back into healthy snacking! Adding the bars is a great idea for a special treat.
