Hey, hey. Before the clock strikes midnight October 31 and pumpkins turn into Mariah Carey in a Santa suit, there is so much Halloween fun to be had. All the easy Halloween treats you can come up are coming in hot today. Who’s ready for some ghoulish sweets?

We watched The Pioneer Woman’s Halloween treats special on The Food Network, and I was totally inspired to recreate one of her treats with Charlotte. Also, is anyone else “that” mom who cannot relinquish control in the kitchen. Sorry, my sweet little love. :/ She went to town with the sprinkles though! All the treats we saw in the episode were amazing, which you can check out here.

Pretzel Spiderwebs

Fun & festive pretzel spiderwebs for Halloween!

Prep Time 15 minutes

Cook Time 30 minutes

Additional Time 1 hour

Total Time 1 hour 45 minutes

Ingredients

48 pretzel sticks
2 cups white candy melting wafers or white chocolate bark
1/2 cup Halloween sprinkles
Chocolate spiders, optional

Instructions

Line two sheet pans with parchment paper.
In sets of 8, arrange the pretzel sticks into the spokes of 10 webs, with the centers touching and the outer edges spaced.
Melt the white chocolate bark according to the package instructions, approximately 1-2 minutes in a microwave or 3 to 5 minutes over a double boiler. Transfer to a piping bag and cut the tip to create a small hole.
Pipe a small amount of the melted candy onto the center of each web where the pretzels meet; this will hold the webs together. Then pipe a web pattern by starting in the center and spiraling out to the edges. Go around the outer edges a couple times to create a firm border. Carefully spoon over the sprinkles. Repeat with the remaining webs.
Place chocolate spiders in the center, if using. Let set 1 hour.

Spooky Popcorn Bark

Who loves SP👀KY popcorn bark?! It’s a festive favorite every single year.

Directions: layer pretzels on foil or parchment paper, drizzle with melted white almond bark, layer with Rice Chex, drizzle with melted white almond bark, layer on popcorn (Try Orville Redenbacher Tender White or ready to eat white cheddar popcorn), drizzle the rest of the almond bark & add candy eyeballs! We tossed in some sour gummy worms for extra festiveness. The kids loved it for our movie night!

Recipe notes: We used a white cheddar popcorn, and it got rave reviews. Our white chocolate took a little longer to dry after it was melted, but my little monsters didn’t seem to mind since they just snacked on everything else while they waited for their special treat.
