ONE.
TWO.
If you’ve been following along on Snapchat or Instagram or even Facebook, you know I still post in those places quite regularly, but as far as blogging goes, I’ve been giving it a nice little rest. I’ll probably be writing all about why I’ve changed up my blogging habits, but I’ll just give you the gist of it now. It was becoming too much. I think I’ve said this before, but I’ll say it again: I’ve been doing so much more by doing so much less, and I’m loving it.
This week, though, I did want to do a recap of our Napa vacation, but that just was not in the cards. I have a love/hate relationship with my MacBook Pro, and every time I would open it, it would tell me “disk full.” Whatever, Mac! 45 GB of photos is just horsecrappery (that’s a Jen Hatmaker word), and I had no energy to move all of those photos to my external hard drive and then erase them from internal hard drive. Doesn’t that even sound boring? Ugh. Anyway, I did clear off enough memory to make it work a little bit again, so I hope to get that post up next week. But to give you a heads up, in the blogging queue is: thoughts about my birthday, the Napa recap, some gift guides, and a life lesson. Then I think I’ll call it a year. But really, I’ve been having so much more fun with my family. Just look at the smiles going on around here.
THREE.
FOUR.
FIVE.
And that’s a wrap, folks! I hope you have a wonderful weekend. It’s the most wonderful time of the year, after all. ;)

Christmas Vacation is my favourite Christmas movie! I’m looking forward to spending an evening cuddled under a blanket with a cup of hot chocolate in hand and watching Christmas movies!

We’ve been watching a lot of Netflix Christmas movies. Loving the selection! And those photos of Charlotte are adorable. Even if she was trying to avoid nap time. :)

I JUST took my macbook pro in yesterday because holy SLOWNESS.. apparently I have way too many pictures– so I moved everything on my external and cried a little while doing so. i HATE not having all my pictures in one spot. But alas, a new macbook would be $$$$. I’m rocking a mid 2010 version now.

Happy early birthday! Very cute pics! I love Missy Elliott and am so excited that she’s back, I shared it too! As for Netflix, I devoured Orange Is The New Black, The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, and a few comedy specials. I’m currently really loving Master of None. Enjoy, and happy weekend!

Happy early birthday!! I can’t wait to hear more about your Napa trip! Next time you’re out this way we have to meet up! I’m so glad you’re slowing things down and choosing what makes you the happiest. I get caught up sometimes and feel pretty angry with myself when I start to feel so “busy” because of my blog. I have to remind myself time and time again that it is a hobby, after all. As for Netflix, I love watching 30 Rock, Orange is the New Black, Call the Midwife.. I could go on and on!

Netlfix – OITNB. Or some Friends reruns never hurt anybody. Bless you and the Nutcracker Market. Bad parking and moody ladies have ruined it for me. BOO. I am heading to Waller for a much smaller, nicer market. Hope you have fun!!! No matter what, this season is my favorite too!

I have been taking a break from blogging as well. I just didn’t have the time or ideas, but I am going to get back into it soon! Charlotte is so stinkin cute! And I would highly recommend the TV show Chuck! Have a great rest of the weekend:)

I love this time of year too! We started listening to Christmas music last week, but I’m trying to wait until next week to pull out the decorations. Netflix is great, no commerials is the best part! I like White Collar, Gilmore Girls, Fixer Upper, and Worst Cooks in America. I hope you find some good shows to watch!
