I can’t believe this time next week, I’ll have a three-year-old. It’s really blowing my mind how fast this is all going. I’ve been a huge slacker as far as planning her birthday party since I’ve outsourced the venue, and I’m pretty sure half the invitations were lost in the mail, but we’re too blessed to be stressed. I at least got the cake ordered today, so there’s that. (It definitely won’t look over the top like last year’s party.)
A lot of my family members have been asking me what does Charlotte want? And honestly, this child needs nothings, but I get huffs and puffs when I give that answer. To help everyone out, I thought I’d throw together a quick list of things I know sister girl would love. Here are some fun gift options for the little girl in your life; Charlotte approved.
Any play food.
Charlotte has a kitchen and table and loves it! But she only has a handful of food for her pretend kitchen. She would love this cookie set, pizza party, cutting food (she loves cutting her pretend butter so I know she would love this), or this French Press barista set from Target. She makes coffee every Saturday with her daddy, and for her to have her very own would be perfect. She also would love this Frozen Fever birthday cake set because she watches the show at least once a day and is obsessed.
Books.
She just got this Princess Bedtime Stories book from my aunt as an early gift, and she lugs it around everywhere! It has tons of stories, perfect for reading to the princess before nap time or bed time. Any of the books seen here would be a good option, too.
Disney movies.
Snow White recently was released from the vault, and this has been ordered for my lady! Definitely a classic you need in your arsenal.
Dress Up clothes and accessories.
Less is not more when it comes to dress up. Charlotte loves dressing up, and these dresses would get lots of love in our home. Snow White, Rapunzel, and Cinderella dresses are every little girl’s dream, are they not? Throw in some slippers, crowns, and bracelets and you are golden. I love the maker of these particular dresses, too. They’re all machine washable, super soft fabric, and the business is run by a mom here in Cypress. Love them.
These bangles are a great gift because you can decorate your own with stickers. What child doesn’t love stickers?
And if the princess in your life has a growing dress up wardrobe, this dress up storage is going to be a necessity.
Clothes.
Since spring is apparently coming early, I have a feeling that we’ll be needing new spring clothes pronto. I think shorts from last summer might be a tad too short. This darling shirt, set of shorts, and silver sandals scream spring. I love them!
Outside Toys.
Warmer weather will be here soon, and I know my little nature lover would love this water table. Fun for days.
Games for the Tablet.
Charlotte received the LeapFrog LeapPad Platinum for Christmas, but one of the downsides is that games have to be bought separately. The good thing is, these games are highly recommended and educational. I know she would love the Art Adventures, Letter Factory, and Doc McStuffins Problem Solving. If your little uses an iPad, I would highly recommend the ABC Mouse app. It’s a monthly fee membership, but it’s a great educational game that is tailored to your child’s age and learning.
Pretend Castle/Tent.
Charlotte has a little tent already, but I love this handmade version. They can be customized, there are tons of different patterns to choose from, and you can even add a matching sleeping bag and pillow case. Adorable!
But here’s the real deal. Charlotte would be happy with a brand new box of bandaids or a page of stickers; children are not hard to please. This list is definitely just for fun, but any little girl would love these things, I’m sure.

Great list! My daughter will be 3 in July and I will definitely be checking out some of the items you have on here! She has that Crayola LeapPad game and LOVES it. We also bought Snow White when it was re-released last week. I intended on giving it to her for Valentine’s Day but we broke it out last weekend. She’s been walking around singing, “Hi ho, hi ho!” ever since! I’d say it was a hit! :)

Thanks, Leslie! We just played Snow White this week, and she loves it. We also got her the doll, and she totes her around everywhere. These girls are too much fun. Have a good weekend!

Isn’t it cute? I hope I’m able to save some of her cute toys for when she’s older, too. :) Have a great weekend, Alysa!
