I’m currently writing this after I just got home from a girl’s night out with some of my very best friends from college (just dinner and lots of lots of talking and laughing), so I’m going to make this short and sweet.
ONE.
Can we talk about how much I love this outfit? I would wear it if it came in my size. I would also let Charlotte wear it every day if she wouldn’t get it dirty with food and dirt. Oh, well. Side-note: why does she look like a grown-up? Be still my heart.
TWO.
You know, I never thought I would be one of those matching moms. It started with me just coordinating our outfits, “on accident” of course. But then I found this shop (did you read about it yesterday?), Camden and Kate, and I think matching my mini is now the coolest.
THREE.
I can’t even with this child sometimes. She kills me. First of all, she’s in a pajama top because she clearly didn’t want to change, and it was not a battle I was willing to fight. Second of all, this cup is the greatest invention ever (first seen in this post, Toddler Travel Necessities). It holds her “cereals” and her beloved juice (chocolate milk). She’ll probably kill me for this picture one day, but I think it’s the best thing since sliced bread.
FOUR.

FIVE.
How in the world are we already through the middle of the year? I don’t know. What I do know is that next week, I’m co-hosting a spectacular link-up with some very cool blogger friends for the 4th of July. Next Wednesday, the link-up will go live, and you can enter here or on any of the blogs above. All you do is share some pictures of your #StarSpangledKids looking all Americana, because you know you were going to share anyway, and that’s it. Easy peasy. You’ll have an entire week to get it done, so there are no excuses. You can also use the hashtag on Instagram. Now go forth and be festive.
One more thing before I go…Next month I’ll be reviving my New Mama 101 series. Any thing you want to see added? So far, I’ll be adding what to take to your friend when she has a baby and the best unexpected gifts for your expectant friends. What else would you like to see?
