Driving into town to get to the KHOU studio was a feat in itself. It’s been non-stop raining since yesterday, and morning rush-hour traffic is never delightful. But again, I was positive that this would be a good day. Charlotte had breakfast during our drive in, so I was hoping a cheerful disposition would stay put until we were finished with our appearance.
Charlotte was so cute and happy when we arrived, and she absolutely loved being around her baby friends in the Green Room. She took Blabla (her Blabla doll) and was as happy as a clam. We had a run-through in the studio with our strollers and babies practicing the exercises we would be doing, and everything ran pretty smoothly.
Charlotte clearly wanted to steal the show. So sorry she tried to interrupt you, Ailee! We quickly exited stage right once I knew Charlotte wasn’t going to be a willing participant. Meltdown 2,099 is down in the books! We then watched Ailee and Sara from the sidelines. I was of course mortified for a whole 10 minutes, but toddlers are going to be toddlers. What can you do?
Here are the three exercises that were shown this morning on Great Day Houston:
My outfit details that you got to see for a hot minute are listed below, as well.
workout top // workout cropped pants // New Balance Sneakers for J.Crew
I cannot thank Ailee enough for having us join her. I wish the segment would have gone without a hitch on our end, but when you’re dealing with three babies, one of the littles is bound to act silly. Of course it was my child. Thank goodness for grace and mama friends who understand. And thanks to all of you who were cheering us on, too! You all are definitely the best friends around.

you did great! the segment was precious and we loved watching in South Carolina! xo

Aww, thanks, Steph! Good thing Ailee didn’t let Charlotte faze her. :) I was traumatized for a little bit, but now I think it’s hilarious that Charlotte wanted to act a fool. My daughter. Gotta love her. Lol.

You are seriously the best. I want to hug you all over again. Thank you for this amazing post. I seriously cannot get over how good your graphic looks! Way better than having them as single photos (smart lady!). Thank you times a million for waking up so early and bringing Charlotte. She really was meant for the spotlight, you can just tell! We need to get her back on the show to feature all of her stylish outfits. xoxoxox PS Happy early blogiversary!

Aww, thank you, sweet friend! We’ll see each other soon, I’m sure! If you want to use that graphic for Pinterest, just let me know. I’ll email the original, or feel free to grab it from here. And yes, unfortunately, I have a diva on my hands. I was watching this back last night, and I can’t believe (well, I can believe) that she just wanted to walk around and chit chat. Ahh! I’m going to have a long, interesting road with this one. And that would be so much fun! But maybe she can stay at home next time. Lol.

Thanks, Liz! I’m sore from all of them. I need to do them more often. But according to the host, I run around plenty with Charlotte. Lol. :)

You honestly handled the whole thing so well. And as us toddler mama’s know, they will act a fool whenever they dang well please. Which is usually when you don’t want them to. :)
